Q How much are the import tax and customs duties to the US?
A All import taxes and customs duties to the US are prepaid, that means you won’t have to worry about them after purchase, and you won’t be asked to pay them upon delivery.
As we are unable to guarantee prepaid duties on single orders above 800 dollars, we set a maximum cart total of 800$ shopwise. To arrange orders above this amount please contact us.
Out of stock items
Q Do you still stock items that are displayed as out of stock in shop pages?
A Products or colors that are listed as “out of stock” will usually take from 1 week to 1 month to be available again. When they become available they will be marked as “in stock” again. If you need to know the exact date a product will become available, please contact us via the contact page, specifying the product’s name, code (SKU) and the desired color(s). We will do our best to respond within 48 hours, if you do not receive an answer within 48 hours please remember to check your spam folder, or verify that you provided a valid email address.
Q Is VAT included in the final price and how do I claim vat back?
A All prices include VAT. At this time we are unable to provide a tax-back service.
Q Credit card payments can not be completed
A When you choose Credit Card as payment method, a window asking for a 3d-secure code may appear, depending on your credit card country of issue. This is not information that our shop requests, but a security measure taken by your credit card company. Please note that your purchase will be cancelled unless you enter your security code. Please contact your credit card company if you do not remember this code. After entering the code, please allow a few seconds for informations to be processed and you will be redirected to the order received screen automatically.

Q I did not receive a confirmation email after purchase
A You should always receive a confirmation email within 24 hours from the time of purchase. If you do not receive it, it could be due to aggressive spam filtering settings of your email address (please always remember to check your spam folder), or you could have entered a wrong email address in the checkout form. If you are still having trouble receiving your confirmation email, please contact us using another email address.
Q Is it possible to ship to places other than the US?
A Yes, but the United States version of our shop is currently target to customers in the US only. You will have to use the top left country selector in order to switch country and language, as prices and terms of sale may vary depending on the country’s customs duties and import taxes.
Q I can’t log in to my account
A Username and passwords are case sensitive. Please check that you entered both correctly and that CAPS lock is turned off on your keyboard.
Q I forgot my password
A You can have your password reset by clicking the “forgot password” link on the login page. You will be redirected to a password reset page, where you will need to enter the email address you used to create your account. Then instructions for resetting your password will be sent to that email address.
Shipping and delivery
Q Who will deliver my product?
A Depending on the item purchased, your products may be delivered by DHL or FEDEX. Instructions to track your package will be delivered to your email as soon as the package is sent.
Q When can I expect delivery of my order?
A All items are shipped within 2/3 business days excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Italian holidays after payment is confirmed.
Q How can I track my order?
A Once your order is processed for shipment you will receive a shipment confirmation email. At that time, we will provide you with a tracking link and tracking number in order to track your package.
